£30,000 Basic DOE | OTE £35,000

An established independent estate agency in Preston is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work within a respected, family run business.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the full residential sales process, delivering an exceptional service to vendors and buyers alike.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
- Generating new business
- Building lasting relationships with vendors and applicants
- Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets
- Providing a premium customer experience at every stage
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a sales negotiator
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Be target driven and have a good rapport with clients
- Local knowledge of Preston
What’s On Offer
- £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Realistic OTE of £35,000
