Job Title: Experienced Sales Negotiator
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 basic | OTE £40,000–£45,000
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Alternate Saturdays, 9:00am – 5:00pm (with a day off in lieu)
About the Role
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Bristol, is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to take the next step in their property career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to buyers
- Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and purchasers
- Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
- Keeping up to date with local market trends and property values
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
