Lettings Negotiator
Salford, Manchester
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 basic (DOE) + Commission
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and busy independent agency. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience who is looking to build a long-term career within a fast-paced and rewarding lettings environment.
You’ll be joining a supportive team where input will be recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound enquiries and applicant registrations
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and supporting tenancy progression
- Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
- Coordinating check-ins and move-ins
- Carrying out property inventories and routine inspections
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
- Delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
About You
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in residential lettings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Good working knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- Experience with Alto CRM (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
