Senior Lettings Manager – £30,000 Basic £35,000 OTE

Salford, Manchester

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to lead a busy office, manage a team, and drive business. This is a great opportunity for someone confident, target-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Key Duties:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations
  • Leading and motivating a lettings team
  • Growing the portfolio and winning new business
  • Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Requirements:

  • Previous lettings experience (senior/management level preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of lettings legislation
  • MARLA qualified preferred (training available)
  • Full UK driving licence & own car
