An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Valuer / Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly respected independent estate agency as they launch a brand-new office in Chester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property professional to play a key role in building and growing a new branch, supported by an established brand, strong leadership team, and a successful operational structure.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Carrying out property valuations and market appraisals • Winning new instructions and generating business opportunities • Building relationships with vendors and providing exceptional service • Helping establish the brand presence across Chester and surrounding areas • Maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience as a Property Valuer, Lister, or Senior Negotiator • Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business • Strong knowledge of the Chester / Cheshire property market (preferred) • Highly motivated, professional, and customer focused • Ambition to grow with a new and expanding office
