Branch Manager – Estate Agency
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic | OTE: £60,000 – £65,000+
Our client is looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to lead and grow a successful estate agency branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven property professional who thrives on results, leadership and delivering outstanding customer service.
The Role
You’ll take full responsibility for the performance of the branch, managing and motivating a team of negotiators while driving new business and increasing market share within the local area.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a team of negotiators

Drive new business and maximise branch revenue

Manage sales enquiries via phone, email, online and face-to-face

Conduct market appraisals, property visits and accompanied viewings

Build strong relationships with clients, buyers and third-party partners

Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure deals progress smoothly

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards

Maintain accurate sales reporting and database records
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in estate agency, ideally at senior negotiator or manager level

Strong leadership and team management skills

A track record of winning instructions and driving revenue

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of property legislation and compliance
