My client is a dynamic commercial & residential estate agent founded in 2004. They bring over 20 years experience within the property sector ranging in commercial and residential investments in and around Manchester.
Overview
My client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to foster positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders. This role requires a blend of organisational skills and customer service expertise to ensure the properties are well-maintained and that tenant needs are met promptly.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and lease administration.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.
- Utilise Yardi software for data entry, tracking tenant information, and managing financial records.
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance occupancy rates and maximise rental income.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and property-related documentation.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors to address repair needs efficiently.
- Prepare reports on property performance metrics and present findings to senior management.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office management tasks.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- 9.20 am – 6pm Monday – Friday
- 10 am – 4 pm Saturday (day off in the week)
