A busy and expanding Estate Agency is looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator for their office in Haddenham.
- The successful Lettings Negotiator will be expected to: –
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify client requirements and match to property portfolio
- Manage time effectively to ensure appointments and activity levels are maximized
- Attract new clients
The ideal Lettings Negotiator will need to have previous lettings and customer service experience, be motivated and enthusiastic, display high standards of service and presentation and have good organisational skills.
Candidates must be a car owner with a full driving licence.
