The Role
- Conduct property viewings in a confident and engaging manner
- Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
- Assist with generating new instructions and valuations
- Maintain accurate records and deliver exceptional customer service
About You
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in estate agency sales
- Confident, articulate, and personable
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Strong local knowledge of the Telford area
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
