Property Manager – Hale & Sale Branches
Location: Greater Manchester (Hale & Sale)
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 basic (DOE) + 5% bonus scheme
Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We’re seeking a confident, organised, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee a portfolio across our Hale and Sale branches. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Hale and Sale
- Handle day-to-day maintenance issues, liaising with contractors and landlords
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with legislation
- Coordinate tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
- Resolve tenant queries and ensure a smooth tenancy experience
- Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are kept up to date
- Work closely with lettings and accounts teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in property management or lettings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Knowledge of current lettings legislation (ARLA qualification desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
