Valuer.Warwickshire / South East Birmingham / SolihullCompetitive Basic Salary + Excellent Bonus StructureAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Valuer to join a successful and growing new homes company, specialising in helping purchasers move by selling their existing homes quickly and efficiently.This is a varied, autonomous role that will see you managing the entire resale process for customers purchasing brand-new homes. You will be responsible for valuing second-hand properties, bringing them to market, and ensuring they progress through to a successful sale, enabling customers to move into their new home with minimal delay.This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated property professional who enjoys working independently, thrives on organisation, and understands how to price property correctly to achieve both speed of sale and maximum customer satisfaction.The RoleYou will be responsible for:
- Carrying out accurate market appraisals on customers’ existing homes.
- Advising on realistic pricing strategies to achieve prompt sales.
- Bringing properties to market quickly and professionally.
- Managing the sales process from instruction through to completion.
- Liaising with buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and internal new homes teams.
- Building strong relationships with customers throughout their moving journey.
- Providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Working independently across Warwickshire, South East Birmingham and Solihull.
- Ensuring excellent levels of customer service at every stage.
The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Valuer, Lister or Senior Negotiator with valuation experience.
- A proven track record of winning instructions and successfully selling residential property.
- Excellent knowledge of the Warwickshire, South East Birmingham / Solihull property markets.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage a busy diary.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
