Candidate Profile – Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Manager

• Commercially driven property professional with 4+ years’ experience in the fast-paced West London lettings market, progressing from Property Consultant to Lettings Manager.
• Currently manages a 150+ property portfolio generating £8.8m+ annual rental income, overseeing the full lettings lifecycle from valuations and instructions through to negotiation, referencing, compliance and move-in.
• Strong track record in new business and landlord relationship management, including winning instructions, conducting rental valuations, advising on pricing and maximising retention and portfolio performance.
• Previously responsible for re-letting 150–200 properties annually, while managing high volumes of enquiries and viewings and consistently focusing on conversion and minimising void periods.
• Experienced in mentoring junior negotiators, managing competing priorities and reporting directly to senior management on lettings performance.
• Confident, target-driven negotiator with strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance, property portals and CRM systems.
• Soon to be relocating to the area, he is now seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Manager position where he can bring his West London experience to a successful local agency.
• Ideally seeking £28,000+ basic salary, plus commission.
