A high calibre ARLA qualified Senior Branch Manager seeking a new opportunity due to a  relocation from London/Surrey to Manchester (M40).

He will bring a proven track record in leading and managing multiple lettings offices with a structured and efficient approach. His ability to coach and mentor staff has been instrumental in developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving success across all aspects of lettings operations.

Key responsibilities have included:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of three letting offices, ensuring seamless processes, exceptional service standards, and operational efficiency.
• Consistently surpass budgets and performance targets through strategic planning, effective leadership, and process improvements.
• Lead and inspire a team of lettings professionals, focusing on upskilling, mentoring, and creating a motivated and high-achieving workforce.
• Implement performance tracking systems to monitor individual and team results, provide constructive feedback, and drive productivity and efficiency.
• Played a pivotal role in achieving recognition as the top lettings branch for 2024 within a national company, showcasing excellence in leadership, innovation, and results-driven strategies.

He is seeking the next steps within his career and looking for an Area Lettings role, but will still open to other opportunities within the industry.

Seeking a basic salary of £40,000 + Car Allowance and OTE £20,000-£30,000+.
