Summary

A high calibre candidate seeking a new opportunity as a Lettings Manager.

This candidate is a self-motivated individual with 8 years of experience working within the property sector both Sales and Lettings and looking to bring a wealth of knowledge into the next role.

Current duties include:

  • Charing morning meetings everyday
  • Conducting rental valuations
  • Winning new business
  • Marketing
  • Conducting interviews and staff reviews
  • Dealing with any complaints
  • Sending out weekly reports and more

Seeking a basic salary of £35,000 + Commission.

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Based in M40 part of Manchester, willing to commute up to 45 minutes.
