• Currently managing the day-to-day operations of a busy lettings department, leading a team and overseeing a substantial managed portfolio.
• Strong background in landlord and tenant relationship management, compliance, client accounting, rent collection and contractor management.
• Extensive experience carrying out rental valuations and winning new business.
• Proven success in growing managed property portfolios and consistently exceeding business targets.
• Experienced in sales progression, negotiations, marketing strategy and business development.
• ARLA qualified with excellent knowledge of current lettings legislation and industry best practice.
• Commercially driven manager with a hands-on leadership style and a strong focus on customer service and revenue growth.
