Experienced Estate Agency Valuer
Gillingham, Dorset
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 OTE
Benefits: Pension, parking, mileage allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, plus Saturdays on a rota basis with lieu time (Saturday working may be flexible for the right candidate)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Estate Agency Valuer to join a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Gillingham, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
- Winning new instructions and generating business opportunities
- Carrying out property viewings with prospective purchasers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales where required
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of the branch
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ estate agency experience
- Proven track record of winning instructions and generating business
- Strong valuation and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Local knowledge of Gillingham and the surrounding Dorset area would be advantageous
