Chipping Norton £30,000-35,000 Basic | OTE £50,000
Are you an experienced Lettings professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious Lettings Manager to lead a successful and growing office in the heart of Chipping Norton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys winning new business, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
- Lead and motivate the lettings team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Generate new business and grow the managed portfolio.
- Carry out market appraisals and win new instructions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses.
- Oversee the lettings process from instruction through to move-in.
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while driving office performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in residential lettings, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Lettings Manager level.
- A proven track record of winning business and delivering results.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
