Sales Negotiator – Wolverhampton
Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for property sales?
Our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency in Wolverhampton, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in helping buyers find their ideal home whilst guiding vendors through every stage of the sales process. This is a varied, fast-paced and rewarding position where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities

  • Managing enquiries from buyers and sellers, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings.
  • Negotiating offers and securing the best possible outcome for clients.
  • Progressing sales through to completion.
  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers and surveyors to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Keeping up to date with local market trends and property values.
  • Assisting with business generation and helping to grow market share.

About You

  • Previous estate agency experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A confident and professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven and enthusiastic.
  • Strong negotiation and organisational abilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a successful team.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
