Mortgage & Protection Adviser

📍 Sutton Coldfield /  Tamworth

💷 Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission | OTE £50,000 – £60,000+
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join a growing and highly successful Financial Services division operating within a well-established Estate Agency environment across the West Midlands.
This role offers the perfect combination of strong earning potential, excellent work/life balance and high-quality lead generation, with full administrative and compliance support provided.
If you are a driven CeMAP-qualified adviser looking to join a supportive and professional business where you can focus on advising clients and writing business, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
The Opportunity
You will be joining a busy Mortgage Hub team with access to a strong flow of estate agency-generated leads, ongoing support and excellent infrastructure to help you succeed.
What’s on offer:

  • Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission structure
  • Genuine OTE of £50,000 – £60,000+
  • Guaranteed monthly payments for up to 6 months whilst building your pipeline
  • Qualified leads generated internally from Estate Agency colleagues

  • Monday to Friday working only – no weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing mortgage and protection advice to clients
  • Generating and converting new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal colleagues
  • Identifying referral opportunities across the wider business
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process
  • Working compliantly in line with FCA and Network standards
  • Managing your pipeline effectively to achieve targets

About You
The successful candidate will have:

  • Full CeMAP qualification (or industry equivalent)
  • Previous experience within mortgage and protection advice
  • A proven track record within a target-driven sales environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A compliant and professional working style
