Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager
Location: Midsomer Norton
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 basic (OTE £40,000 – £45,000)
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager to join their successful team in Midsomer Norton. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and results-focused environment.
The Role
You will play a key role in driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and supporting the day-to-day running of the office. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business and winning instructions
- Managing property sales from instruction through to completion
- Conducting valuations and viewings
- Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for clients
- Supporting and motivating junior team members
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in residential estate agency (Senior Negotiator or above)
- Strong track record in winning business and hitting targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and professional
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)
