Key Responsibilities

Registering new applicants and matching them to suitable properties

Conducting viewings and providing timely feedback to landlords

Negotiating lets to achieve the best outcome for all parties

Managing the tenancy process from offer through to move‑in

Supporting landlords with advice on rental values, compliance and market trends

Generating new business opportunities and promoting additional services

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all legislation is followed

Working towards agreed KPIs and branch targets
About You

Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role is essential

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident, proactive and customer‑focused

Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload

Knowledge of local Lincolnshire rental markets (preferred)

Full UK driving licence
