Our client is a highly reputable, quality Estate Agency and Lettings Agency situated in the Wellington area of Somerset and are seeking a full-time Lettings Negotiator / Administrator. This is a really important role within the office and comes with a salary depending on experience, of up to £29,000pa plus benefits and mileage allowance if car used for appointments.

This full-time role would ideally suit someone who enjoys working as part of team and is keen to learn within a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to deal with a diverse range of property with the ideal candidate being proactive, well-organised, computer-literate and able to work on their own initiative.

As a Lettings Negotiator / Administrator, you will be involved in the entire day to day letting processes, from arranging and carrying out property viewings and negotiating terms to preparing tenancy agreements and dealing with day-to-day landlord and tenant enquires. Your aim is to ensure smooth and efficient transactions, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants.

Desired skills and attributes

  • At least 1 years’ lettings experience
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Be able to work as part of team
  • Desire and passion to deliver a highest standard.
  • Admin & IT Literate and able to adapt to learning new IT systems quickly

£26-29,000 depending on experience
Hours of work: Monday – Fri 8:45 – 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays – 9:00- 1pm (half day off in lieu the following week when a Saturday worked)
