Our client, a large independent estate and lettings agent, are looking for a Lettings Manager to manage and grow our clients Lettings department covering the Truro area with on target earnings of £34-40,000
The Role
This full-time position would suit someone who has experience in Residential Lettings and looking for their next challenge. The role will involve all aspects of Residential Lettings, manage an established team and oversee the day to day running of the department with the aim of expanding the portfolio and developing the business.
You will have the opportunity to deal with a diverse range of property with the ideal candidate being proactive, ambitious, well-organised and computer-literate.
As Lettings Manager, you will be involved in the entire day to day letting processes from conducting market appraisals, creating property listings, negotiating terms, some property management as well as dealing with day-to-day landlord and tenant enquires, as required. In additional you will be managing the team ensuring smooth and efficient running, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants.
Some Saturday working will be required on a rota basis (1 in 3).
The candidate – Desired skills and attributes
- 2-3 years of lettings experience
- Arla qualification desirable
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Be able to work as part of team.
- Desire and passion to deliver the highest standards
- IT Literate and able to adapt to learning new IT systems quickly
- A full UK driving license and your own car is essential.
