Sales Negotiator / Valuer

📍 Witney
💰 £30,000 – £32,000 Basic | £45,000 – £50,000 OTE
🕘 Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm + Every Other Saturday

Our client, a highly respected and well-established independent estate agency in Witney, is looking to appoint an ambitious Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their successful residential sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated property professional who is looking to increase their earnings and play a key role in growing market share within a thriving Oxfordshire town.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, carrying out market appraisals, converting valuations into instructions, and managing sales through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions

  • Proactively generating new business opportunities

  • Registering and qualifying buyers

  • Arranging and conducting property viewings

  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

  • Providing detailed feedback and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Progressing agreed sales through to exchange and completion

  • Ensuring compliance and accurate CRM record keeping

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is seeking an individual who is:

  • Experienced in residential sales (valuation experience preferred)

  • A proven instruction winner with a strong closing ability

  • Commercially driven and target-focused

  • Confident, articulate and professional

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Motivated to build long-term relationships within the local community

  • In possession of a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator ready to step up into a more valuation-focused role, or an experienced Valuer seeking a strong platform to maximise earnings.
