🏡 Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Branch Manager

💷 £26,000 – £30,000 Basic (DOE) + Commission

🔑 The Role

This is more than a negotiator position.

You’ll play a key part in both revenue generation and branch operations, supporting the Director and helping shape standards, processes and performance.

Your responsibilities will include:
 

  • Residential Sales & Lettings negotiation
  • Sales progression from offer through to completion
  • Overseeing compliance and regulatory standards
  • Supporting branch accounting and reporting
  • Conducting viewings and client management
  • Assisting with marketing, floorplans and listings
  • Helping drive performance and team organisation

You’ll be trusted, respected and given autonomy — not micromanaged.

👤 About You

We’re looking for someone who:
 

  • Has solid experience in residential Sales and/or Lettings
  • Understands compliance and the importance of structure
  • Is commercially minded and business aware
  • Enjoys responsibility and ownership
  • Wants progression into full Branch Management in time

If you’ve previously run a business or managed teams, that would be a significant advantage.
