• Advising on property standards, legalities, upgrades, and project management
• Monthly and annual P+L oversight, invoicing, fee management and negotiation.
• Generating and winning new business, key client liaison, entertaining and networking.
• Recruitment, staff development, discipline and review, training, and target-setting.
• Implementation of yearly letting plan reporting to Directors and Head of Letting.
