An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded independent estate agency covering North Shropshire and the Welsh Borders. With a strong local presence, experienced leadership, and ambitious growth plans, this respected firm is now seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to become a key part of their friendly and professional team.
This is a superb role for an experienced negotiator who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys working with quality homes across picturesque market towns and rural surroundings.
The Role
- Conduct property viewings and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers
- Negotiate offers effectively and progress sales through to completion
- Proactively generate new business and support the team with valuations
- Maintain accurate records and uphold high professional standards
About You
- Previous estate agency experience (12+ months preferred)
- Professional, personable, and customer-driven
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive
- Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle
- Local knowledge of North Shropshire or the Welsh Borders would be an advantage
