Property Manager
An opportunity has arisen to join a knowledgeable and local property management team in Oakham.
Our client is an independent market town property specialist that has knowledgeable and friendly teams which are the backbone of their culture.
You will be working alongside other members of the property management, Lettings and Sales team.
The role will involve:
·processing invoices and rent payments
·maintaining information using property lettings software
·assisting with letting properties
·dealing with property management issues and repairs
·ensuring the best level of customer service to landlords and tenants
·conducting check-ins, routine inspections and check-outs
Key Characteristics:
·at least 1 years property management experience
·hard working, enthusiastic and be a core member of the team.
·Good communication skills
·good IT skills
·organised, efficient and professional
Working hours:
·Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30, and every fourth Saturday.
Salary:
·£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
