Ready to start something amazing?

We believe in empowering you to build your very own business. Owning your own business allows you to control your destiny. Ultimately, we want you to be inspired by Recruitment, and to buy into the AMR philosophies when becoming a business owner with us.

We have an idea which may be of strong interest to you: you own 100% of shareholding and with proven approaches and support, we provide you proven assistance in accelerating and strengthening your business. This idea can apply to you as a start-up or an existing business.

Investing money and starting a business, regardless of the business choice or route you take, will always have an associated risk and so it is essential that you examine the facts. We do understand that this is a big decision to take and there will be many aspects for you to consider.

The average time-frame is two months to investigate the opportunity, carry out your research, join us, undertake your training, and launch your new business.

Our team will be on hand to help you every step of the way and will help you work through the following steps to find out whether the AMR recruitment franchise is right for you.

Step 1 – First conversation

We will acknowledge your request and a member of our team will call you as soon as possible. If you would like to talk sooner, just pick up the phone! During our first conversation we will ask you some questions about your background to get a feeling for your suitability for our franchise. It is good to be prepared as we talk about your professional background and provide you with relevant advice. We may also ask you some brief information about your financial status and ability to make an investment in the franchise. This information will help us to quickly establish whether this could be a suitable business for you and to be able to give you a brief overview of this opportunity based on your aspirations and professional background.

Step 2 – Personal meeting

If we are mutually interested in going forward after our first conversation., we will offer you some options for a face to face meeting.

Prior to the Meeting:

We will ask for a copy of your CV. The CV will help us to understand your background prior to our meeting. We may also ask you to send us some additional confidential information on your financial situation. Supplying this information will help us seek tor realistic solutions to help you finance your business and in some cases engaging our banking contacts.

We will then offer you the following options for a meeting. At the meeting, we will discuss your background and aspirations in more detail and present the opportunity to you.

Meeting in:

Our preference is to invite you to meet us at our offices in Cheltenham. This way you can meet other members of the team and get a feel for our culture. Where travel schedules allow, we may also arrange to meet in an alternative and perhaps more convenient location. Please plan to be with us for a maximum of 2 hours, so we can provide a full overview of the opportunity.

Step 3 – Calculate the cost

At the meeting we will give you some example cash flow projections. We will also send you an electronic version which you can review and populate with your figures based on our experience of the marketplace you choose to operate in. We would urge you to discuss this business plan with us so that we can further assist you. At this stage we can also decide whether it will be necessary to get some form of bank financing. We can help you prepare a business plan to submit to the bank and in some cases, we can introduce you to banking institutions that are familiar-with our business model.

Step 4 – Talk to some of our existing franchise owners

When you have worked on and submitted your business plan, this would be a great time to validate your calculations with other franchise owners to see if your aspirations are realistic. We will suggest 2 or 3 franchisees and arrange appointments for you to contact them for an in-depth conversation. It would be a good idea to prepare a list of questions, so you can really get the best out of your conversations with franchisees.

Step 5 – Sign the franchise agreement

We will provide you with a copy of our standard franchise agreement for your review. Our franchise agreement is a standard franchise agreement, which, as you would probably expect is in the franchisors favor. This is because we need to protect the AMR brand for the benefit of all our offices and franchise partners UK. We would suggest that you read the agreement and make a note of any clauses you may not understand, then discuss those clauses with us. We would then recommend that you get the agreement reviewed by a lawyer that specialises in franchise law. They will be able to provide you objective advice and give you comfort.

Step 6 – Join AMR induction

On the date of you joining, we will finalise the paperwork together and ask you to make the payment of the Franchise License fee. AMR has a well-founded process and support team in place to prepare you for your new office opening. We work with you to ensure a successful induction process. We stick with you to make sure you know how to operate a successful business.

Step 7 – Launch your Business

Congratulations! You’re an AMR franchise owner. Your support structure will grow exponentially as you partner, not only with the AMR management team, but also with other office owners in the AMR network. From here on out, our mutual goal is to build and grow your business.
