Our client is a leading Estate Agency and now seek an experienced Branch Manager.
 
The Role:
 
• Market and carry out valuations to grow the Sales business.
• Carry out sales viewings and progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Involve and steer the existing team to maximise Sales opportunities.
• Seek out and exploit new market opportunities and customers for the business.
 
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required
 
• Sales and Marketing Experience within the Property Market
• Experienced in maximising sales from existing customers
• Superb communication skills
• Highly presentable and able to build rapport quickly
• High degree of organisation to ensure all opportunities are followed up
• Able to work to clear targets and exceed expectation
 
Core Leadership Skills
• Strategic thinker able to construct Marketing and Sales Plan and implement
• Independent and confident in making his/her own decisions
• Comfortable with risk and taking responsibility/ownership
• Ability to think on his/her feet and make business critical decisions quickly

Lettings Negotiator

£18000 - £20000

A super opportunity has arisen with a good quality lettings agency in Worcester.
 
Key tasks:
 
•Achieving all targets
•Generate new business in all company activities with effective marketing
•Building relationships with colleagues and clients
•To communicate the Company vision and values where appropriate to all
•Liaising on a day to day basis with customers to satisfy then exceed customer expectations
•Following up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and match requirements in a timely manner
•Carrying out lettings assessments and fully setting up new properties in accordance with the company procedures
•Arranging the marketing of new and existing properties to ensure maximum revenue for the company and it’s clients.
•Matching customer enquiries with appropriate properties and arranging and undertaking viewings
•Ensuring all paperwork is in place for all agreed tenancies in accordance with company procedure
•Maintain an awareness of competition in the surrounding areas.
•Keeping up to date with the current stock of properties to ensure that customers are given a professional service .
•Taking applications for lettings, and undertaking referencing through the company's referencing procedures as necessary.
•Ensuring that all additional sales opportunities are offered, particularly Insurance, Rent Guarantees, Utilities Suppliers.
•Accepting and logging rental payments and issuing receipts.
•Key Handling .
•Creating property particulars and window display material.

New Homes Negotiator

£20000 - £25000

A well established firm in the Cotswolds are looking to recruit a top performing new homes sales negotiator.
 
This position will involve the negotiator developing the business through meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets through selling and marketing new homes development including referral sites, manned sites and unmanned sites.
 
Working for a prestigious and leading brand, a high level of personal presentation is essential, as is experience in either New Homes, Estate Agency or Lettings.
 
The duties:
-Attend site meetings with developers
-Exceed weekly and monthly targets
-Follow up calls with clients after viewings
-Attend viewings
-Ensure all sales leads are followed up
-High level of administration
-Provide the highest levels of customer service
-Knowledge of the status of each unit/sale and liaison with purchasers, solicitors and developers where necessary.
-Knowledge of each potential purchasers requirements
 
The candidate:
-Experience in either new home sales, estate agency or lettings
-Web/email literate
-Sales and negotiating skills essential
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Co-operative and helpful attitude
-Organised and flexible, hands-on person
-Professional and well presented
-Must be familiar with area of business.
