A well established firm in the Cotswolds are looking to recruit a top performing new homes sales negotiator.
This position will involve the negotiator developing the business through meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets through selling and marketing new homes development including referral sites, manned sites and unmanned sites.
Working for a prestigious and leading brand, a high level of personal presentation is essential, as is experience in either New Homes, Estate Agency or Lettings.
-Attend site meetings with developers
-Exceed weekly and monthly targets
-Follow up calls with clients after viewings
-Ensure all sales leads are followed up
-High level of administration
-Provide the highest levels of customer service
-Knowledge of the status of each unit/sale and liaison with purchasers, solicitors and developers where necessary.
-Knowledge of each potential purchasers requirements
-Experience in either new home sales, estate agency or lettings
-Sales and negotiating skills essential
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Co-operative and helpful attitude
-Organised and flexible, hands-on person
-Professional and well presented
-Must be familiar with area of business.
