My client is a highly successful independent Lettings agent based in their very busy Horsham office. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly team. You must be flexible in your approach and be prepared to get stuck in to help the team.
·Overseeing the management of a large portfolio of properties.
·Arranging 6 monthly inspections.
·Issuing and serving Section 21, 13 and 8 notices and attending court as necessary.
·Arranging maintenance and scheduling with contractors
·Ensuring compliance systems are kept up to date
·Arranging renewals and liaising with the account department for invoicing
·Overseeing property take on's, viewings, move ins and administration
·Overseeing check outs, liaising with landlords and getting property back on market for re-let
·Arranging viewings and tying up deals where required.

It is essential that you have experience in Estate Agency and knowledge of the New Homes Sector. The ideal candidate will be a Manager or Valuer looking to work in a field sales role. You will offer superior customer service and thrive off handling demanding Clients.
The Field Sales Manager will be based in Horsham and covering Surrey and Sussex. This role involves liaising with Developers, New Homes Site Sales Staff and Investors. You will forge and develop relationships with clients in the region to provide effective sales and marketing services and an outstanding level of customer service. You will provide management within the New Homes team to effectively delegate responsibilities within New Homes and across the wider branch network. You will be responsible for exploring all New Homes opportunities within the region and develop positive relationships with key personnel in the New Homes industry. A well presented and articulate candidate with a full driving licence is also essential.
