Lettings Administrator

A great opportunity to join an independent Property firm as a Lettings Administrator.
 
The role involves the year round project management of the Student Portfolio. This includes the set up and then administration of over 100 student tenancies in Bristol.
The role is seasonal with the process beginning in October, with the marketing of all the properties, then ending the following September after all tenants have moved in during the summer. The role briefly includes:
Liaising with landlord clients to confirm the details of marketing for each property (October and November)
·Advertising each property and updating all internal management sheets and CRM (November to January)
·Visiting some properties to update pictures and marketing details (November and January)
·Overseeing the administration and referencing of each tenant and guarantor, for every property. (December to June)
·Arranging the drawing up and signing of all tenancy agreements (January to June)
·Organising the collection of rent and deposit for all properties (April to July)
·Arranging the move ins at all properties, including deposit protection and inventories (May to Sept)
The letting negotiators will carry out the viewings and agree the lets, so the position is mainly office based.
There will be other aspects to the role including answering inbound telephone calls and liaising with landlord and tenants.
Office hours are 9am -5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am-5pm on Fridays, with 1 in 6 Saturdays and 1 in 5 evenings 5.30-6.30pm.
The ideal candidate must have their own transport with petrol paid by the company, and must have at least 12 months letting agency experience, ideally in administration.
You will receive full on the job training and will also be supported through an industry recognised qualification in lettings and property management.
