·Valuation of potential development schemes
·Negotiation with land and property owners in the sale of their land to developers, builders and investors.
·Negotiation with developers, builders and investors in the purchase of land with development potential
Previous experience: Experience with sales, property in general.

KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
§Knowledge of relevant legislation

§Clean Driving Licence
§1+ year in Property Management capacity
§Leaseholder and Estate management experience
§Setting of Service Charge Budgets
§Review of financial data and accounts

§Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
