An interesting and varied position has arisen with a quality independent firm in Leamington Spa for a Full time or part time Office Coordinator.
The role will involve the following-
·Setting up and co-ordinating all administration associated with tenancy files.
·Entering or checking the accuracy of data pertaining to properties, landlords and tenants on the computer, on a timely basis.
·Selling Leaders' products and services and properties positively to achieve lettings.
·Frequently checking the answer phone system for messages.
·Dealing with all branch correspondence, as instructed.
·Keeping the window and wall displays up to date.
·Preparing and submitting the weekly advertising.
·Receipting funds received appropriately.
·Daily banking and branch petty cash.
·Dealing with branch post both incoming and outgoing.
·Preparing end of month information in respect of petty cash, withdrawn properties, property base statistics, stock take and imprest cheque details.
·Maintaining branch stationery stocks.
·Providing the highest level of service to all customers and colleagues.
·Registering and qualifying enquiries from prospective landlords/applicants and booking appointments.
·Showing properties to prospective tenants when required.
·Ensuring that properties are secure and lighting switched off after showing.
·Reporting on any want of repair or lack of security at properties.
·Returning keys immediately after each showing.
·I.T. responsibilities, including e-mail and website duties.
·Achieving and maintaining relevant industry qualifications.
·Following company policy with regards to personal and vehicle security at all times.
These duties may be reasonably amended from time to time at the discretion of the company.
