This is an exciting opportunity for a Valuer & Property Lister to join this award-winning estate agency.
 
As a branch Valuer & Property Lister your responsibilities will include generating new business, visiting market appraisals and converting those into quality instructions for the branch. Your role will encompass all aspects of the listing process from business generation right through to listing the property online with the assistance of your team coordinator. You will be tasked with specific postcode areas and will have support from your branch manager and team coordinator in order to maximise and deliver on key KPI’s.
 
To succeed as a Valuer/Lister you will need to possess the following:
• Experience as a Senior Negotiator/Valuer within an Estate Agency
• Generate valuation appointments by way of outbound calling and proactive touting
• Visit properties and provide appraisals
• Convert valuation opportunities to instructions
• Photograph and measure properties ready for marketing
• Ensuring literature is materially correct and up to date
• Ensure third party services are successfully sold including mortgage and conveyancing referrals.
• Contacting vendor clients and providing up to date advice on the marketing of the property as well as market conditions
 
About you -

Lettings Negotiator

Our Client are looking for an enthusiastic, office-based Lettings Negotiator to join their energetic team. As you will be asked to assist landlords and tenants with every aspect of the lettings experience, aside from viewings, having experience within the industry would be preferable although not essential.
 
Main Responsibilities
·Establishing excellent lines of communication with tenants and landlords via telephone and email
·Managing and converting new landlord enquiries from across the UK
·Recommending additional products and services
·Negotiating tenancy renewals and drafting tenancy agreements
·Managing relationships with third part suppliers
·Meeting and exceeding targets
·Familiarising yourself with relevant legislative updates

Key tasks:
 
•Achieving all targets
•Generate new business in all company activities with effective marketing
•Building relationships with colleagues and clients
•To communicate the Company vision and values where appropriate to all
•Liaising on a day to day basis with customers to satisfy then exceed customer expectations
•Following up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and match requirements in a timely manner
•Carrying out lettings assessments and fully setting up new properties in accordance with the company procedures
•Arranging the marketing of new and existing properties to ensure maximum revenue for the company and it’s clients.
•Matching customer enquiries with appropriate properties and arranging and undertaking viewings
•Ensuring all paperwork is in place for all agreed tenancies in accordance with company procedure
•Maintain an awareness of competition in the surrounding areas.
•Keeping up to date with the current stock of properties to ensure that customers are given a professional service .
•Taking applications for lettings, and undertaking referencing through the company's referencing procedures as necessary.
•Ensuring that all additional sales opportunities are offered, particularly Insurance, Rent Guarantees, Utilities Suppliers.
•Accepting and logging rental payments and issuing receipts.

•Creating property particulars and window display material.
