They are recruiting for competent, highly-motivated Sales Progressors to play a vital role in their business, helping clients and their solicitors to progress property transactions through to completion within agreed timescales.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing a busy workload, working within deadlines and have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
= To handle your case load in a clear, organised and effective manner whilst having a progressive, proactive mind set and attitude towards achieving the timescales associated to a given transaction.
= To liaise with buyers, vendors and solicitors to ensure awareness of the timescales involved and the penalties should a transaction go over deadline. You will also help find solutions that will allow transactions to move forward when issues arise.
= To make sure that all parties are kept up to date throughout with clear and effective lines of communication using strong customer service and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
= To report in a professional manner to our clients regarding on ongoing transactions and present yourself and the company in the best possible way, be that on the phone, via written communication or in person to our partners, their clients and all other associated persons relating to your role.
