Senior Property Manager
We are looking for a team member for our busy Lettings Property Management Department.
Full driving licence and use of own vehicle required.
Experience and knowledge of Property Management or the Lettings Industry is essential.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of managed properties from the point of move in to the deposit release and everything in between including dealing with repair and maintenance issues, organising safety certificates, check ins, check outs, inventories, property inspections and general landlord and tenant customer service.
You must have knowledge and understand all HMO regulations, lettings laws and legislation.
You will be assisting the Head of Property Management and covering their duties and responsibilities when they are on annual leave. You should be able to cope under pressure, be able to solve problems while under pressure and assist other team members.
You will be required to carry the emergency and out of hours phone on a rota basis.
