You will have experience within a similar role in the residential sales market including a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or valuation role and have the ability to provide the very highest levels of customer service.

The ideal candidate will already be working in a real estate environment and will be keen to progress their career forward.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Estate Agency, achieving targets and deadlines and be proactive in selling. ?Already possessing listing experience, some people management experience would be advantageous

Key responsibilities include;

Driving the sales department.
Dealing with customers on the telephone and face to face. Understanding customer needs and selling to those needs as appropriate ? lead generation and target achievement.

Exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding business offering a unique service to estate agents.
Basic salary ?18,000 per annum, rising to ?20,000 after probationary period, with uncapped commission, but expected to be ?30,000 - ?35,000 OTE
As a Prospect Consultant, you'll be working directly with our clients to book property valuations and listings for numerous estate agents throughout the UK.?
Sales experience preferably in estate agency or finance, however experience is not essential as full training will be given.
You must show the ability to deal with customers in a confident and professional manner. You should have a creative, dynamic and smart approach to inbound and outbound sales and competent in handling and working through customer objections.
You must enjoy working in a fast- paced environment and be motivated to achieve positive results and targets. Your previous sales experience will have enabled you to have developed strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.30pm or 11.30am - 8.00pm (Mon- Thur) and 9.00am - 5.30pm or 10.30am - 7.00pm (Friday) on a rotating week, plus alternate Saturdays 10am - 6pm with lieu day.
