We are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our team based in Jesmond.
This role is extremely fast paced and requires an administrator who is efficient, able to work under pressure, to compliance deadlines and has excellent attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Provide support to the Lettings and Property Management team as required
• General office administration
• Dealing with the progression of tenancies
• Handling renewals
• Perform Right to Rent checks
• Book inventories, check ins and check outs
• Draw up renewal agreements and tenancy documents
• Liaise with clients, vendors and landlords
• Answering telephone calls and assisting with customer queries where possible
• Keeping internal database accurate and updated
Skills and Experience Required:
• Lettings Administration experience
• Strong understanding of tenancy agreements and renewals
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Proactive and positive approach
• Ability to manage own work load, mult-itask and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
Full UK Driving Licence required

Must have strong leadership skill and the ability to drive the business forwards and motivate the team.
You will preferably be an experienced Branch Manager.

A full driving licence is essential
Successful track record of valuations and listing conversions in both sales and lettings
Proven track record in generating new business
Good mentoring and training skills
Ability to manage and lead a team
Excellent customer service skills
Experience and knowledge of both sales and lettings
Computer literate and have good administration skills
Knowledge of the local area
Must have a flexible work ethic to meet the needs of a growing business.

Senior Property Manager

Senior Property Manager
Full-Time Permanent
We are looking for a team member for our busy Lettings Property Management Department.
Full driving licence and use of own vehicle required.
Experience and knowledge of Property Management or the Lettings Industry is essential.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of managed properties from the point of move in to the deposit release and everything in between including dealing with repair and maintenance issues, organising safety certificates, check ins, check outs, inventories, property inspections and general landlord and tenant customer service.
You must have knowledge and understand all HMO regulations, lettings laws and legislation.
You will be assisting the Head of Property Management and covering their duties and responsibilities when they are on annual leave. You should be able to cope under pressure, be able to solve problems while under pressure and assist other team members.
You will be required to carry the emergency and out of hours phone on a rota basis.

Business to Business Sales Consultants required for rapidly-expanding company working as a supplier to estate agents and hence some knowledge of the property market / estate agency is desired.
Drive and enthusiasm is essential as is the ability to work to targets and under pressure.
Good knowledge of technology, CRM systems and the business needs of an estate agent is important.
Hours of work; Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm
