Lettings Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional to really make a name for themselves with a modern, dynamic and ambitious firm. We are seeking an experienced candidate with at least two years experience in lettings either an experienced manager or a senior negotiator seeking a move into a managerial role. The role will also involve some block management.
 
We are looking for a driven, organised and well presented person with excellent admin and IT skills and their own car.  An ARLA qualification would be preferred but not essential. An excellent opportunity with great career prospects with a company that likes to promote from within.
 
You will manage a team of 3 staff
 
 
You will be responsible for
 
·setting targets and objectives
·monitoring progress
·reviewing staff performance
·completing staff appraisals/salary reviews and sorting payroll
·Working closely within the team and with the Company Director to increase the business
·Liaising with buyer/tenants, identifying their needs, and arranging property viewings
·Conducting viewings, obtaining feedback, and updating the seller/landlord
·Negotiating offers on sales/agreeing new tenancies
·Identifying opportunities to generate new business (instructions)
·Offering an efficient, proactive, and high level of customer service to the clients
·Actively working to increase the number of managed properties on the portfolio
·Actively working to increase the number of new sales instructions
·Assisting with queries, tenancy issues and enquiries coming into the business

Estate Agent - Branch Manager - Flagship Office.
 
One of the area's most well known, respected, successful and dominant independent estate agency firms. They have several well placed offices dealing with a range of property prices, and with both sales and lettings divisions.
 
Due to an internal promotion they are looking to recruit an experienced, pro-active and forward thinking estate agency branch manager. The ideal person will have extensive estate agency experience, and be a proven and successful manager, who can lead by example whilst motivating and inspiring the workforce.
 
The role will involve all aspects of a traditional estate agency with duties including, but not be limited to:
1. Holding morning meetings
2. Setting and reviewing targets on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.
3. Recruitment.
4. Conducting Market Appraisals
5. Overseeing the sales progression team
6. Collating and reporting figures.
7. Continually seeking to drive the business forward, whilst upholding the highest customer service standards.
And any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
