A quality independent Lettings firm in Doncaster are looking to recruit a talented Property Manager to join their successful firm.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
·Complete regular and thorough Property Inspections identifying any repairs or potential causes for concern, log and report to Landlord accordingly
·Arrange for estimates for repairs or maintenance with Contractors whilst always maintaining good relations with tenants and contractors.
·Present estimates and quotes to landlords, (and vendors) for approval
·Instruct contractor works and inspect works
·Invoice and/or bill landlords for works in a timely manner
·Ensure all Landlords Safety Certificates are up to date
·Complete Tenancy Check-out Inspections and report back to Landlord
·Arrange for Tenants Deposit to be distributed as necessary
·Prepare reports and evidence for Tenancy Disputes
·Approx 2 weeks pcm be responsible for the emergency out of hours phone
·Preferably have the experience to manage projects eg bathroom or kitchen renovations
·Meticulously record all customer and contractor contact via journals on company system
·Occasionally serve eviction notice or witness eviction notice being served.
·Answer calls and fill in for other team members/ departments as necessary
Full driving licence and car essential
Office hours are 9:00 -5:00 Monday - Friday and 9-1pm alternate Saturdays

The purpose of the position is to manage a small team of Negotiators and Administrators ensuring a smooth day to day process is held in the office and that monthly figures are met.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years industry knowledge and will ideally be at Assistant Branch Manager level.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
·Check in's and check out's
·Vendor contact and care
·Some general administration duties
·Negotiating tenancy renewals
·Speaking with contractors
·Arranging gas, electric and water checks
The ideal candidate will:
·Have a full UK driving license - essential
·Good knowledge of the industry and legislation
·Eager to please and highly motivated
·Managerial experience would be ideal

Senior Lettings Negotiator required in Sheffield for a well known and well respected agent!
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a database of tenants, arranging and attending viewings, negotiating offers and terms as well as providing feedback and assisting with move-ins.
Ideal qualities of a successful candidate:
·A minimum of 1 years' experience within agency, sales and lettings
·A proven track record with customer service and working with targets.
·You will be experienced in spotting and creating opportunities.
·Ability to manage your own diary and close business
·Be able to negotiate between landlord and tenant and meet/exceed expectations at every opportunity.
·Work alongside shareholders in the business and recognise opportunities for third party sales.
·Smart, professional appearance at all times.
·An excellent work ethic.
·You must have a competitive edge to winning business
·Experience using Jupix would be advantageous - not essential
·A valid UK driving license & Own Car.
