Senior Property Manager

A top client of ours is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join them on a full time and permanent basis and head up the property management department in their Falmouth office with salary in the region of £28,000.
 
The purpose of the department is to ensure the smooth management of these properties from first tenancy to move out. keeping landlords informed of any issues and liaising with contractors and staff to ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner.
 
You will be overall responsible for the management of 600 properties and line manager to a minimum of 4 staff, reporting directly to the directors so it is essential that you have excellent staff management skills and experience.
 
The ideal candidate should have with 3 years of relevant experience, very strong organisational skills, proven examples of leadership and be able to work calmly and methodically in a stressful environment. An ARLA Level 3 is desirable but not essential, as training can be given.
 
Salary in the region of £28,000 but negotiable depending on the candidate.  Holiday entitlement of 20 days plus bank holidays.  For this role you will be required to complete basic anti money laundering training as well as GDPR training.
 
Hours will be 8:45 to 5:30 Mon-Fri and 1 in 6 Saturdays.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
 
As an Auction Co-ordinator, your role will be initially based at home, but will include the opportunity to travel to conduct viewings across the region.  The role will also involve administrative support for the South Yorkshire region.  As the region develops, there may also be the opportunity to progress into a sales-focussed role if desired.
 
Key duties will include:
 
·Delivering excellent customer service to new and potential clients via telephone, e-mail, online and video communication
·Arranging and conducting viewings, dealing with online, e-mail and telephone queries and diary management using our internal property software systems
·Management and administration of our CRM system to include helping to distribute newsletters, mail outs and uploads to our social media channels
·Communication with the brand to facilitate the promotion and successful running of online auction lots
·Assisting the team in marketing, advertisement, generating interest and preparation of legal packs for Livestream and online auction lots, including using the Land Registry and other information sources to create and send marketing material

Experience
Essential
·Previous experience of working within the property sector is essential, as is a working knowledge of the legal purchase process

·Full driving licence.  The role will initially be predominately office based, but with the requirement to conduct viewings and potential travel to other offices within the franchise in future

They are looking for a professional, customer service orientated Sales Negotiator to join their office in Melton Mowbray.
 
This is a role for a tenacious, passionate and sales hungry individual, with a thirst to succeed and not simply react but generate business.
 
Preferably you will have excellent local knowledge, be smart in appearance, enthusiastic and have a hard working "go the extra mile" attitude.
 
A proven track record in estate agency and knowledge of the house sales process would be advantageous, along with a target driven, tenacious work ethic.
