The ideal Sales Negotiator will be well presented and tenacious with experience working to targets and deadlines as well as a sound Estate Agency or Property background and it would be beneficial to have experience working within a Greater London based estate agency.
The role will involve:
Qualifying potential buyers
Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
Viewing properties
Negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers through to sales conclusion whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
You will also be responsible for referral of Mortgage Business and other related services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the current rental market, preferably in the Greater London area, along with a proven record and experience in the following areas;
·Appraisal and instruction of Residential rental properties
·Knowledge of the current Residential Lettings market and associated legislation
