Sales Negotiator required for Up Market, Established firm of Estate & Letting Agents in the Yeovil area with OTE up to £23,000.

They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to work in their Yeovil office covering property sales. Ideally you will have estate agency experience or have a strong sales background dealing with high end clientele such as new homes or similar.
The candidate they are looking for must be a proven business winner with a great track record in sales. Good local market knowledge is also preferred. You will be of polished appearance and be highly professional, proactive and organised.
This is a company with excellent career prospects and the right candidate can expect an OTE of £18-23,000 depending on experience. There will also be a mileage allowance and you will need use of your own car. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm and one in four Saturdays 9-1pm.

Our Client is looking for a lettings administrator / negotiator to be based at their Taunton office. Previous lettings and administration experience not essential but the candidate must be fully IT literate with the ability to work under own initiative and have experience of working in an office environment dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone.
The role is to process all the paperwork once the letting consultants have taken a holding deposit, right through to the move in although this role could also involve doing some viewings on occasion. You must be well presented, of smart appearance, highly organised with an ability to multi task and be able to remain calm and professional under pressure. The role involves obtaining references for proposed tenants, preparing contracts, arranging inventories, safety certificates and ordering any agreed works, setting up direct debits, diary management, possible check-ins, check outs, inspections, negotiating renewals, deposit releases and general administration duties.
Someone with at some lettings experience would be ideal but not essential.
Salary IRO £16-19,000 depending on experience but will also consider part time (salary pro rata).
