Commercial Property Manager

£20000 - £25000 per annum Mileage

This really is an exciting opportunity for an existing property manager with at least two years property management experience to join an established firm in the Yeovil area who are looking for a commercial property manager with salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm.

Our client is seeking someone really special with a lot to offer. They have a rare opening due to an expansion of their portfolio which has now doubled in size.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience of either commercial or residential property management, or perhaps some block management experience although this is not essential, be IT literate and highly organised. We are looking for experienced property managers although training can be given on the commercial side. You must be motivated, professional and well presented. You must also be confident dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone and be happy to work in a small friendly team.

This role will be mainly office based but you will also have to visit the properties to carry out viewings, health & safety checks, inspections etc so a mileage allowance will be given to use your own vehicle.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and salary depending on experience £20,000 - £25,000.

The ideal candidate will already be successful in Estate Agency and be a strong Valuing with a great conversion rate. You must be able to work as part of an energetic team and display excellent customer service skills.

Duties required will be:

?Carry out appraisals and listing properties for sale.
?Conducting accompanied viewings
?Attract and generate listings by providing clear details of companies incentives.
