Duties:
Receive and distribute emergency jobs
Maintain budgets
Sourcing trades
React quickly to issues on phone and email to maintain
excellent service levels.
Prioritise and organise daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
tasks such as, Meter readings,
Inspections, Check Ins/ Check Outs etc
 
This role:

You will manage a portfolio of letting properties and be the friendly positive point of contact and the chief problem solver for your landlords and their tenants. You:
We will want you to have 3 plus years experience in property lettings, ARLA is ideal but not essential, to have a track record in organised and effective administration and to have the skills and approach to offer exceptional customer service to every client every time. Sales Progressor

Our client is a successful independent estate agency who is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Progressor to work in their busy Mansfield office.
 
Dealing with a large property portfolio it will be your job to ensure the smooth process through to exchange and completion of properties, which have been sold subject to contract through the office.
 
You will be required to liaise with a number of different people to assist with the process.  
 
Your main responsibilities will be
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors, contractors, vendors and buyers
- Setting up relevant appointments in regard to surveys etc.
- Dealing with any queries or problems that may arise through the process
- Keeping all vendors and buyers up to date on progress
 
You must possess an excellent telephone manner, communication skills and have the ability to problem solve and think on your feet.  Good organisation skills are also required.  
 
Previous experience of the sales process and property industry is essential.

Lettings Negotiator

Lettings Negotiator/Administrator - Full time position
 
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator/Administrator to join this award winning team based in the Nottingham area.
 
We are seeking a motivated and capable individual who is able to be a first point of contact for the team.
Main responsibilities (not limited) are:
Answering the general phone line, greeting customers, answering emails or telephone queries ranging from initial enquiries to queries from an existing landlord/tenant.
 
The successful candidate will be undertaking and controlling the process and all associated paperwork from the tenancy application stage through to creating tenancy agreements, liaising with landlords and tenants for their new tenancy.
 
Experience is essential and ARLA qualified would be an advantage, however, training will be given.
 
Microsoft Office knowledge and ideally experience using CFPWinman property management system.
 
A generous salary is being offered dependent on experience along with a bonus scheme.
