They are seeking a motivated and professional lettings negotiator to join their team and help drive the business forward. The successful candidate must have a full driving licence as will involve carrying out viewings. There will be use of one of the pool cars for this task.

Lettings experience is essential and ARLA qualified would be an advantage, however, training will be given.

Role:
To complete general property management task including
-Handle the tenancy application process including producing tenancy agreements
-Tenancy arrears
-Compliance certificate renewals such as Gas Safety Certificates / Energy Performance Certificates
-Maintenance issues and requests
-Mid tenancy contract renewals
-Tenancy end processes such as deposit releases and claims 
-Arranging mid tenancy inspections and advising landlords following these visits
-General office tasks such as filing, scanning and organising your own work load
Person:
The ideal candidate will be confident, friendly and outgoing with a desire to learn all aspects of property management from the ground up!

Responsibilities
To coordinate and maintain detailed records of repairs
and maintenance between Landlords, tenants and
contractors.
To ensure that all certificates are in place,
all health and safety rules are adhered to and that a
comprehensive record is held for all contractors.
Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
Arrange all emergency and routine maintenance works

Requirements
Proven work experience as property manager
Fully understanding property management
Good Computer Skills
In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property maintenance
Interpersonal savy with strong communication skills
Well organised with excellent time management skills
Full UK driving licence
