We are seeking a full time senior property manager in the Plymouth area circa £25-30,000 plus car allowance, for one of our clients, a highly respected, independent property firm with a great reputation to work for.
 
They are seeking a bright and enthusiastic candidate with a background in property management and at least two years senior property management experience.  This role will require great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise works efficiently.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a portfolio of properties from check in to check out and deposit release and everything in between.  You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage difficult situations to a satisfactory conclusion for both landlords and tenants.
 
Our client offers a competitive salary of £25-30,000 plus a generous car allowance and is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends.

This is a new exciting opportunity to join an expanding team and to take the lead with managing a large portfolio for a key institutional landlord.
The focus for this role is the management of let property throughout the rental process. This will be from the tenancy start up stage to the tenancy termination stage in a manner that meets agreed departmental targets.
The portfolio will predominantly consist of New build properties owned by PRS clients with the potential to work on new Build to Rent Schemes.
This a varied role which will include some client facing work and business development.
