Finance Manager

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well established business in Manchester as a Financial Consultant.
 
The main purpose of the job is to assist clients to purchase, expand or re-finance their business by arranging commercial mortgages, whilst treating clients fairly at all times.  
 
Main Duties:  
- To maintain up to date market knowledge to enable the identification of appropriate solutions for customers   
- To source and present debt facilities to clients
- To work to fulfil both the Company, and individual, business development plan
- To generate business from the database of registered business purchasers and existing operators
- To create close working relationships with colleagues to maximise referral opportunities and reciprocal business  
- To maintain ongoing contact with prospective clients (both internal and external) to ensure the Company is foremost in their minds for any business finance opportunity
- To prepare and submit quality applications for finance on behalf of clients
- To identify and develop relationships with active lending institutions
- To plan, manage and execute several ongoing assignments at any one time whilst ensuring that tight deadlines are met   
- To operate in line with FCA Guidelines
- To maintain professional expertise through course attendance, reading of financial journals, and further training in line with but not limited to CF CPD requirements  
- To understand what Treating Customers Fairly means in relation to the Company and embed this fully within the work

- Industry Awareness - regulations (TCF, money laundering, FCA etc.)
 
This is a Monday to Friday role.

Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit new Sales Consultants for the Property Sales team.
This is the perfect platform for driven sales professionals who are confident and hungry for money and success.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who have no property experience as training will be provided to ensure that you have the right tools for the job!
Basic salary £18k plus uncapped commission - realistic OTE up to £45,000 within your first year!
This is a full time & permanent position Monday -Friday with Saturday work involved

Lettings Administrator

As a result of our Clients growth in lettings, they now have a new Lettings Administrator vacancy within their busy Property Management team.
The team need a highly enthusiastic colleague who has proven administration and customer service skills and is willing to learn the end to end service of property management.
There is a future opportunity for the right candidate to progress to a more senior role of Relationship Manager where you will be accountable for managing a portfolio of clients and their properties.  You will also have the opportunity to be upskilled on lettings regulation and to gain your ARLA qualification.
Duties to include:
- Support the Property Management Team in delivering landlord and tenants with the best property management service.
- Booking in appointments with landlords, tenants and maintenance contractors
- Daily input, checks and updates to our property management software
- Telephone reception including answering the phone to clients and to internal colleagues
- Processing property documents with clients via electronic signature software
- Processing invoices with clients via our property software
- With training, attending appointments at properties with clients as and when required
- Scanning and electronic filing
 
The ideal candidate must have:
- Previous administration in a busy office experience is essential
- Telephone experience is essential
- Experience in computer software, outlook e-mails and excel is essential
- Property experience is desired but full training will be given
- Attention to detail and highly accurate
- Full Clean Driving Licence and Car which is legally roadworthy and must be insured for business use
- Committed to Full Time Hours

As a result of the Companies success in lettings, they now have a role available for a Property Manager within a strong team who have earned a reputation with landlords and tenants for an exceptional property management service. 
The role:
- Supply landlords/tenants with the best end to end Property Management service in South Manchester, which includes arranging tenancy and landlord contracts, deposit procedures, move ins, maintenance, inspections and move outs.
- Developing relationships with landlords and tenants by gaining their trust through expert advice, understanding their needs and knowing their property.
- Build relationships with a fast, accurate, right first-time service and highly effective problem resolution
- Assist in increasing and retaining managed stock
Candidate Requirements
- In depth Residential Property Management experience within an Estate Agency branch environment is essential
- Accustomed to handling and managing all aspects of the residential landlord and tenant relationship and end to end service of property management
- ARLA qualified or studying towards, with significant expertise and know-how to practically comply with all lettings legislation and best practice on property management
- Experience of CFP is highly preferable
- Full Clean Driving Licence and Car
- Committed to Full Time Hours and on call emergency cover on Saturdays on a rota
