This is a role with an independent estate agent with offices in Hampshire.
As Marketing Manager you will oversee the marketing of the company and on behalf of their clients(sellers, landlords and new homes developers).
You will work closely with all colleagues, primarily the Managing Director, Chairman and Branch Managers, and will be responsible for managing, maintaining and reporting on a pre-defined budget.
Therefore, current experience working within a similar role is essential.
This will require frequent market analysis to identify opportunities and ensure a ROI on the marketing budget.
This is a hugely diverse role which would suit an organised individual with strong communication skills, a creative eye and self-motivation.
The role requires marketing and promotion of the company, each branch, the lettings department, land and new homes department, every single property and every new homes
development, requiring the ability to manage simultaneous projects with an eye for synergy, efficiency and detail.
From content creation, pitching for new business, design, strategy and budgeting; the role is all
encompassing and requires strong literacy skills, strategy and innovation.
You will be looking for improved ways of marketing and communicating to their audiences, along with embodying the strong customer focus of the company which is at the core of everything they do.
Wordpress (basic level)

Quick to learn new IT systems
