To work within both the Sales and Lettings departments of the company, principally as an Inventory Clerk responsible for the production of inventories, mid-term inspections, vacate inspections, deposit resolution and any other aspects of property care & maintenance as required by The Company. The role will require a high level of liaison with all other department members, particularly the Maintenance Department and an extremely flexible attitude to all aspects of the business and the duties expected of them. A keen eye for detail and the ability to deal with sometimes difficult situations Is essential.
·Produce full colour inventories as required
·Carry out mid-term property inspections and produce report
·Carry out vacate inspections with tenants
·Liaise with tenants & DPS regarding any deductions from deposit
·Work closely alongside Maintenance Department regarding all of the above
·Perform all reasonable tasks requested of them by The Directors
