This reputable and well known property agents are looking for an experienced person to join them as Sales Manager for ther growing Loughborough office who will have overall responsibility for property sales.
Excellent customer service, management, communication and sales skills are essential for this role. In order to grow the sales side of the business, you would carry out regular prospecting and business generation on the phone, face-face and using video, so confidence and professionalism are important, as is a hunger for business growth.
This is an extremely varied role that includes all elements of the sales process. This role would suit someone who is already in a similar position or who is experienced and looking for the next step in their career. Responsibilities - not an exhaustive list
·Be involved in all aspects of sales including marketing, listing, viewings, sales, negotiation, progression of files to completion
·Generate regular viewings and appraisals each week
·Generate new business leads according to targets
·Carry out appraisals to list new properties
·Marketing activities including social media and video
·Develop relationships and work closely with clients through meetings to secure future instructions/business
·Involvement in business development, strategy planning and new systems and procedures, then the subsequent implementation of ideas and plans
Ideal Requirements
·Several years experience in estate agency and ideally some senior roles and responsibilities
·A desire to want to win business but at the same time offering excellent service
·A conscientious person who wants to do an excellent job and has the ability to do so
·Excellent negotiating and rapport building skills
·Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloads
·Excellent planning, organisational, admin and co-ordination skills
·Commitment to high standards and providing a quality service
·Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills
·Excellent communication skills - must be capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members, other colleagues, clients and agents
·An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
·Have a genuine interest and ability in generating new business
·Demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
·Experience with video - confidence to create video material
·Someone who will go above and beyond to get the work done and treat the business as their own.
·Full driving licence
