My client is a dynamic, high performing, family owned and run property services company based in London. The group has a host of complementary operating companies?serving different sectors within the property industry, with over?40 years of trading, they have extensive knowledge and an enviable pedigree.
They are currently looking to employee a Property Manager to be based at their Head office.
The successful candidate will be very organised with great attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills and a commitment to providing consistently excellent, accurate work. This person will be a team player who flourishes in busy environments and will display both efficiency and initiative.
Key responsibilities and activities will include:
?Managing a property portfolio
?Liaising with Council, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisor's
?Liaising with lettings negotiators
?Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
?Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
?Carrying out property inspections and reporting to landlords
?Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments
?Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals
?Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
?Handling tenancy deposit returns
?Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
Key skills required:
?Have experience in Property Management or have experience working for a Housing Association
?Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities effectively
?Excellent time management
?Good computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, MS Outlook
?Excellent typing and keyboard skills
?Ability to learn new processes and applications quickly
?Ability to maintain administrative processes
?Excellent English, both written and spoken (good spelling and grammar being integral to this role)
?Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
