Established for over 15 years, my client is one of South East London’s leading and most successful Independent estate agents situated in the high end market Location of Bermondsey and they cover all of the SE1 area.

With a great local reputation for providing excellent customer service they constantly deal with Professional and high end clientele and therefore look for High calibre staff to help continue their success.

You will be part of a well established, long standing and friendly but driven, sales environment and team and you would be expected to support the Sales/Branch Manager deal with all aspects of Residential Sales and continue to grow the Business.

Our client is looking for:

·A highly motived and self driven Negotiator
·Must have a minimum of 1 years previous experience
·You must enjoy working in a fast paced environment
·Be prepared to go the extra mile to close the deal and gain Business
·Outgoing personality
·Professionally presented & WELL spoken
·Ideally knowledge of the Desrez system
·A professional qualification would be an advantage
·Full driving Licence

In return, you will receive:

·A generous basic salary between £18-22K depending on your experience
·10% commission (average fee is £7k)

·Working a five day week including 3 Saturdays a month

Lettings Negotiator

My client is a highly regarded independent Estate Agency looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the team and the Director at their Dulwich office.

Working solely in residential Lettings, our clients manage and maintain a sizeable residential portfolio across the area and have an excellent reputation in the industry.

The Role
With a strong focus on growth and providing an excellent service this fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role involves:

·Registering purchaser / tenant details and matching them to available properties.
·Working to set daily, weekly and monthly targets.
·Booking property valuations.
·Carrying out accompanied viewings with prospective tenants.
·Negotiating property Lets, liaising between landlords and tenants.
·Working closely with other Negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business.
·Ensuring that properties are correctly marketed, therefore maximising potential.
·Recommending the company’s other products, such as insurance and financial services.
·Working closely with the Property Management team, passing on any Tenant and Landlord concerns.
·Able to deliver effective and structured Customer Service to all clients
·Keeping the Property Management team aware of all activity, to ensure that check ins and inventories are completed in advance of the tenants arrival.
·Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities.
·Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.

The right candidate

For this role, you will already have experience as a Lettings professional, with a strong knowledge of Residential Lettings, a clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area.
Ideally you will have:

·A minimum of 6 months Residential Lettings experience.
·Strong negotiation skills.
·Experience of conducting check ins and outs.
·A strong understanding of the Lettings process.
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
·Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
·A keen eye for detail.
·Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team.
·Able to work to targets.
·Ideally ARLA or NFOPP qualified but not essential
·A full UK driving license.
