They are looking for an Experienced, Dynamic, Ambitious and articulate Sales Negotiator for their very busy Estate agency based in the exciting Camberwell Market.

This established high street brand is looking for a dedicated, committed, reliable and professional Individual that is happy to prove themselves with the opportunity of running the business when the Directors choose to retire.

They are looking for -

?Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator is a pre-requisite (at least 18 months experience ideally)
?An individual with consistency/continuity and who is looking to establish themselves in a company who with nurture their talents.
?Trustworthy nature
?Confident Rapport Builder and customer service skills
?Organised and Proactive
?Good Administration skills
?Working 5 day week, including Saturdays 08:30 ? 06:30
?Car Driver with clean licence (Car allowance provided)
?Th role is available immediately

In return you will receive a competitive package including -
?Basic salary of ?18-20k (depending on experience)
?Car allowance of ?250 per month
?Generous commission Scheme offering a realistic OTE of ?35-40k

Property Manager

My client is a dynamic, high performing, family owned and run property services company based in London. The group has a host of complementary operating companies?serving different sectors within the property industry, with over?40 years of trading, they have extensive knowledge and an enviable pedigree.

They are currently looking to employee a Property Manager to be based at their Head office.
The successful candidate will be very organised with great attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills and a commitment to providing consistently excellent, accurate work. This person will be a team player who flourishes in busy environments and will display both efficiency and initiative.
Key responsibilities and activities will include:
?Managing a property portfolio
?Liaising with Council, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisor's
?Liaising with lettings negotiators
?Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
?Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
?Carrying out property inspections and reporting to landlords
?Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments
?Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals
?Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
?Handling tenancy deposit returns
?Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
Key skills required:
?Have experience in Property Management or have experience working for a Housing Association
?Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities effectively
?Excellent time management
?Good computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, MS Outlook
?Excellent typing and keyboard skills
?Ability to learn new processes and applications quickly
?Ability to maintain administrative processes
?Excellent English, both written and spoken (good spelling and grammar being integral to this role)
?Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Working Hours:
Monday- Friday 8.45am-6pm
