Renowned as market leaders, the group has recently been identified by the LSE as one of 1000 companies to inspire Britain in 2015.?Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Property Manager to be based in their head Bromley or Greenwich Offices.
The successful applicant will be a team player who is highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service, previous experience as a Property Manager would be preferable although not essential.

The position is permanent and will provide opportunity to the right candidate to progress to a senior position.

A clean driving licence is required.

The successful applicant for the position of Property Manager will be:

Key responsibilities and activities will include:

? Managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout South East London
? Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisor's
? Liaising with lettings negotiators across the branch network
? Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
? Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
? Carrying out property inspections and reporting to landlords
? Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments
? Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals
? Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
? Handling tenancy deposit returns

Senior Negotiator (Lettings)

My clients are one of London and Kent?s most successful and ambitious property companies. Incorporating different brands, they currently have 34 offices and 10 Divisions.
They are currently expanding and looking to appoint extremely motivated, enthusiastic and career driven Lettings Negotiators to join their company.
The ideal Lettings Negotiators will have experience in the current rental market, preferably in the Greater London area,?along with a proven record and experience in the following areas;
?Appraisal and instruction of Residential rental properties
?Knowledge of the current Residential Lettings market and associated legislation
?Achievement of targets and deadlines
?Well-developed interpersonal skills
?NFOPP - Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management or equivalent (preferred not essential)
?The ability to negotiate
?Sound business ethics
?Tenacity and be a self-starter
?The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
Key Responsibilities :
?Grow volume of new lettings business and income production to the branch.
?Accountable quality of customer care by treating customers fairly in accordance with The Acorn Group service standards.
?Meet targets and report weekly statistics to line manager.
?Register, qualify and manage applicants.
?Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
?Ensure properties are relevant & appropriate for applicants needs.
?Work pro-actively to ensure all properties are exposed to the maximum amount of applicants.
?Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division.
?To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
?Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties being marketed in branch and throughout network.
?To implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.

Branch Secretary

Established in 1835 my client is one of the largest Estate Agency brands in London with over 30 offices across the rest of the UK and they are currently looking for an experienced Branch Secretary for their Surrey Quays office.?

Ideally you will have experience of working in the Property Industry in a Secretarial or administration based role and have excellent knowledge of Word/Outlook and Excel

Your responsibilities will be -
?Answering/Directing calls
?Arranging Appointments
?Taking Messages
?Greeting Visitors and callers
?Handling Inquiries and directing them to the correct member of staff
?Typing utility, Valuation and Inspection letters
?Producing general letters
?Managing emails
?Monthly landlord Statements
?Responding to Property enquiries
?Tenant reference checks
?Issuing/Amending contracts and related documents
?Adding/entering TDS entries
?Liaising with contractors and booking in maintenance
?Using Reapit software
?Adding/amending Sales/Lettings entries
?producing Sales and Lettings brochures
?General filing and scanning
?Operate general office equipment (Printers, scanners, phone systems, computers)

Hours of work -
?Monday to Thursday 10-5.30pm
?Friday 10-5

Salary -

The start date for the role is the 29th April but my client is looking to interview ASAP.

As one of London?s leading estate agency firms, our client?s require a Lettings Negotiator for their top performing office in Kennington.

Working in a busy and competitive environment, this role is suitable for individuals who are ambitious, hard working and want to be rewarded for doing well.

?Position: Lettings consultant
?Office: Kennington ? 3rd best performing branch in the group nationally (Number 1 in South London)
?Area covered: Kennington, Oval, Vauxhall, Stockwell, Waterloo, London Bridge, Camberwell so knowledge of these areas would be ideal.
?Well educated but a degree is not required.
?Must be hungry, dynamic and ambitious.
?Clean driving licence.
?Smart and well spoken.

?Basic: ?15 - ?17k ?Consultant, Comm: 10%, Bonus ?6k pa
?OTE 38-40k
?Comm increases to 20% after target achieved
?20 Days Holiday per annum
?Car allowance of ?250 pcm.

?Full training ? ARLA exams and first year?s membership paid
