My clients are one of London and North Kent’s most successful and ambitious property companies. Incorporating different brands, they currently have over 30 offices.
They are currently expanding and looking for Experienced Sales Negotiators.
The ideal Sales Negotiator will be well presented and tenacious with experience working to targets and deadlines as well as a sound Estate Agency or Property background and it would be beneficial to have experience working within a Greater London based estate agency.
My client offers a wide range of career opportunities with clear pathways for progression and full training through their Academy.
The role will involve:
·Qualifying potential buyers
·Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
·Viewing properties
·Negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers through to sales conclusion whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
·You will also be responsible for referral of Mortgage Business and other related services.
Qualifications:
·GCSE Qualifications in English and Maths (minimum)
·UK Driving License and your own vehicle ( with business insurance)
·Fully referenced employment history

Sales Negotiator

Established in 1835, my client is one of the largest Estate Agency brands in London with over 90 offices across the rest of the UK and they are still expanding.
 
They are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator for their Forest Hill office but they also cover the New Cross and they have recently acquired the Sydenham area, so it is an amazing opportunity. 
 
You will have/be-
A minimum of 12 months Sales/Customer Service experience ideally in Property
A smart appearance
Be well spoken
Confident
Well mannered
Good communicator
Hungry to carve yourself a career
MUST HAVE a full UK driving licence and your own car 
 
The role is varied and requires a degree of flexibility. 

Day-to-day duties include:
Getting to know the local properties for sale
Offering services to Vendors
Developing leads into viewings/instructions
Carrying out viewings
Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market
Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale
Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback
Negotiating offers
Diary management
Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements
 
Package on offer:
£17,000Basic (dependant on experience)
7 commission on all deals
Additional bonus throughout the year
Realistic OTE £50,000 +
 
Hours: 
Working hours are
Monday - Thursday - 8.45am-6.30pm
Friday 8.45am-5pm
Saturday 9.30am - 5pm
You will work alternate weeks of a 6 day week/5 day week (until you pass your probation)
