Sales Administrator

Established in 1835 my client is one of the largest Estate Agency brands in London with over 30 offices across the rest of the UK and they are currently looking for an experienced Sales/Branch Administrator for their Harringay office. 
 
You will ideally have worked in Estate agency/Property in some capacity (Negotiator/Administration/Lettings/Property Management) and have an understanding of the Industry.
 
You will need to be very organised and be able to prioritise your own workload in a busy working environment as you will be acting as support to the Sales team and as a PA to the Director/s when required.
 
You will also be dealing with social media platforms so it is vital you have an understanding of these and how they can be utilised for marketing.

·Online reviews and Google reviews 
·Database Management and Reporting (Reapit)
·Phone System and Answer Phone

·Preparation for Market Appraisals/supporting Valuers
·Rightmove Sold Prices (check market appraisals to see if sold since date)
·Organising photography, floor plans and EPC’s
·Window Cards
·Boards/Board Checks
·Offer Letters, Sales Letters, Invoicing
·Emailing out new instructions
·Key Logs
·Land Registry E-services 
·Portals / Reports / Rightmove Plus
·Organising Office Email's/Inbox
·Supporting the sales negotiators
·Booking staff training courses (Company Academy)
·Distributing leads
 
In return you will receive a very competitive basic salary between £28-30K depending on your level on experience.
 
Hours - Monday to Friday 9-6

They currently have a vacancy for an experienced Sales Progressor for their Harringay office. 
 
The ideal candidate will come from and estate agency background and will have a good understanding of the buying and selling process.  
 
THERE IS THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FROM HOME.
 
Duties will include:
- Dealing with enquiries
- Uploading Properties on to website portals, i.e Rightmove
- Booking viewings
- Gaining and providing feedback
- Dealing with offers
- Chain chasing
- Sales progression to include speaking with mortgage companies, estate agencies, surveyors etc.
 
Salary/Package on offer -
- Basic Salary £25,000
- Very competitive commission structure offering a realistic OTE of £40-45K
 
Hours Of Work -
- Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
- Daily 60 minute lunch break

Negotiator/Valuer

Our client is a well established and reputable independent  branch Estate Agency who pride themselves on focused professionalism and excellent local knowledge.
 
Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a property professional with one or two years experience who must be able to value and register instructions as well as negotiate sale's successfully. The role is based at their busy Stoke Newington office.
 
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales/valuations background or have 1/2 years worth of experience and be ready to hit the ground running.
 
The Role:
 
·Carrying out market appraisals / valuations and converting them into new instructions
·Cross-selling and recommending the companies additional products, such as Insurances and Financial Services
 
·Working to set targets, conversion rates and fee levels.
·Self-generating your own leads, devising communication strategies, identifying new opportunities and responding in a timely manner to all leads and enquiries.
·Keeping a close eye on the local market and competitor activity, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities.
·Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.
 
As the ideal candidate you must possess the following experience in Estate Agency
 
·Either currently a  Negotiator who values or an existing property valuer.
·Well presented with a professional manner who ensures integrity and works within the NAEA guidelines
·A forward thinking candidate who is eager to win business to drive activity and succeed
·Possess an outgoing personality, self motivated and able to work well as part of team.
·Highly organised
·Excellent negotiation skills
