We are looking for a property manager to join the property management team to cover 9 months Maternity leave for an Estate Agency based in Highgate

Ideal applicants will have some previous property management experience as well as
common sense, flexibility and be able to hit the ground running. 

Applicants must be fully proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel & Outlook); know your way around the internet and be able to learn new computer software with ease. Experience of Content Management.
Vebra Alto experience would be highly advantageous.

Day to Day tasks are as follows for the role:-
Bringing in Tenant Rent payments
Running Landlord statements
Paying Landlord’s
Instructed suppliers
Answering Landlord and tenant emails
Paying suppliers
Booking in jobs
Dealing with signings (new tenants)
Preparing contracts
Dealing with renewals
Booking in EPC and Gas Safeties
Booking Check outs & Inventories
Sending Canvas letters
Answering the phone and dealing with queries as and when they come in

Sales Negotiator

Sales Negotiator required by a successful and well-established independent Estate Agency in Islington.

This position of sales negotiator requires a knowledgeable individual who will be hands-on, hardworking, trustworthy and highly motivated to maintain the company’s reputation for customer service.

Although the list below is not exhaustive, the sales negotiator will:

- Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business.
- Coordinating property valuations and listings.
- Effectively marketing properties to attract potential buyers.
- Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly.
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors, buyers and other parties.
- Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process.
- Guiding vendors and buyers through the sales process from agreement to legal completion.
- Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis.
Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment.

Job Description
As a Property Manager, you will:
¡Look after a patch of properties and deal with client accounts.
¡The use of CFP

¡Making daily payments to landlords, receipting in daily rents, paying contractors, exporting new lets and general maintenance of the office accounts and office account payments.

Our client a leading property rental agent who are based in North London are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work in their office in Finchley Central.

The right candidate will have a minimum 1-year experience within residential Lettings.
Salary Package:
Basic of ÂŁ15,000 pa plus 10% Commission. Commission levels are guaranteed for the first 6 months.
Use of Pool car for work only.
Duties will include but not limited to:
•             Applicant registration and follow up 
•             Property viewings
•             Market Appraisals and follow up 
•             Managing your offers & Lettings Progressions 
•             General welcoming and assisting of walk in clients & applicants and responding to telephone, e-mail and other digital leads
•             Database maintenance
