An extremely rare and rewarding position is now available with a High-End Independent Estate Agency & Property Consultancy firm based in Regent’s Park, London.
 
They are in search of a high calibre Senior Sales Negotiator to join their flourishing team at an Associate Director level. The ideal candidate must be highly experienced and knowledgeable within the North West and Central London areas and have a proven track record of success within the industry.
 
Your main duties will include:
-Pro actively building relationships with potential clients and identifying new business opportunities
-Carrying out highly professional and accurate property appraisals and following up in a timely fashion
-Researching properties to identify unique selling points in order to highlight these in sales particulars and during viewings
-Registering potential buyers and coordinating viewings in a professional and informed manner
-Overseeing the smooth progression of sales from agreement to legal completion
-Establishing excellent relationships with mutually beneficial parties and vendors
-Working with the sales team to achieve set targets
 
Requirements to fulfil the role:
-To be ambitious and to thrive in a target focused environment
-Strong negotiation skills
-To have charisma, determination and to be self-motivated
-Local knowledge and a network of contacts is a must
-Well-presented and a polite manner

In return for your great deal of effort they are offering a £30,000 basic. Their generous commission structure will allow you to achieve an OTE of £100,000 plus.
 
Extra benefits include:
-A car allowance of £400 a month or a company car

-Share options - After the successful completion of eighteen month’s continuous employment, the sales company will offer you share options to be awarded under the enterprise management incentive scheme (a government backed initiative) which will give you equity participation in the company in tax efficient manner
-A guaranteed commission of £3,000 per month will be paid for the first three months of employment refundable to the company if you should leave within the first year of employment
 
Hours of work are:
Monday, Thursday, Friday 09:00 – 18:00/Tuesday, Wednesday 09:00 – 19:00/Saturday by appointment

My client was set up in 2002 and provides organisations with a free search facility to help them locate office space in London and the UK. They represent a wide network of office space providers and the
unique way in which they are funded and independently operated, ensures that the service they deliver is completely impartial and driven by the needs of their clients.
 
An exciting opportunity has just become available for a tenacious individual with anything up to 2 years experience ideally as an estate agent or working in a phone based role to join our existing sales team and become a Inbound Office/Commercial negotiator.
 
The role is phone based at our new offices in Farringdon a 2 minute walk from the station.
There is no need to accompany viewings to the buildings we market as the landlords show our clients around.

·Young dynamic team of 10 people in their 20’s and 30’s.
·Located in Farringdon
·Served over 35,000 clients to date including some of the biggest names in business
·We are based in Farringdon, close to areas in the City of London such as Clerkenwell, Shoreditch, Holborn, City, Kings Cross, Angel, St Paul’s, City Thameslink.
 
 
Main Criteria of the job
·Taking Inbound calls from new clients that are looking for office space
·Dealing with Directors and Senior Management of large companies
·Making appointments over the phone to view property
·Following up on existing applicants, negotiating and closing deals
 
About you
·Money/target driven (we are sales, not customer service)
·Well-spoken and articulate with a good understanding of English
·Confident in dealing with Senior Management and Directors of companies.
·Ability to engage with people on the phone and build relationships
·Ideally you will have experience in Estate agency
