Office Coordinator

They are looking to enhance the team with the addition of an experienced estate agent. The role is all encompassing and will involve all aspects of a traditional estate agency role, including:

Although not essential market appraisal experience and the confidence to conduct them would be beneficial but is by no means a "deal breaker."

The ideal person will be an experienced estate agent with good local knowledge and a genuine team player. You must be big on customer service and always looking for ways to ensure the customer feels valued. You must be articulate, well presented and a confident communicator.

Sales Progressor

My client are an independent Estate Agents with offices in a prominent position in Leicestershire. They are seeking a Sales Progressor to join the vibrant team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in the sector, however this requirement can be slightly flexible.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
* Dealing with all sale progression – liaising with Clients and Customers on a daily basis.
* Assisting the Director in producing sales brochures and documentation
* Building strong relationships with key Clients
* General Office / Administrative and Secretarial Duties
* Communicating effectively with the Sales Team
Knowledge required:
* Minimum three years’ experience within the sector

Negotiator (Sales)

Our client is one of the most prestigious and successful estate agents in the area.

They are looking to recruit a polished, tenacious, professional and experienced estate agent to work in their well appointed Ashby office. The role will primarily involve dealing with the applicant base of buyers. Duties will include phoning out new instructions, mail-shoting buyers, accompanying viewings as well as vendor liaison.

The ideal candidate will come from an estate agency background, ideally with experience dealing with the middle to top end of the market.

Monday to Friday 9:00 – 5:30 with one hour lunch. Saturdays on a rota basis (either alternate or 1 in 3) with a day in lieu during the week.

20 days holiday.

Mainly office based – maybe occasional viewings and potentially someone who could assist the sales director with new instructions e.g. helping with floor plans etc.

Senior Sales Negotiator

Established firm of Estate Agents in the Leicestershire area require an experienced sales negotiator or senior sales negotiator for their Narborough office with OTE for the right candidate of £24,000 - 25,000k
Our client is seeking an experienced estate agent with at least one years’ experience to join the team in their established office.
You will be a high achiever with a proactive attitude towards your work. Working within a dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator, you will spend your days developing strong relationships with buyers and vendors, arranging and attending viewings, negotiating property sales, marketing new instructions and various other admin duties. Once a sale has been agreed you are also responsible for managing it through to completion.
Already working as a Sales Negotiator or senior sales negotiator in the industry and with a record of accomplishment in property sales you will be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service and an ability to meet targets and manage workloads effectively.

Property Manager

My client are an Independent Estate Agent in Leicester. Due to company growth, they are looking to recruit a Property Manager / administrator to join the team.

Duties will include -
* Dealing with all aspects of property maintenance including inspections of properties and documenting changes or repair requirements
* Ensuring all properties confirm to lettings legislation and have up to date health and safety certificates
* Responsible for all aspects of lettings and sales administration work
* Collecting rent on a monthly basis and handling late payments in a timely manner
* Responsible for end of tenancy check outs and deposit returns
* Maintaining a positive and productive relationship with tenants by providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times


To be successful for this role, you will need;
-Strong administration skills
