This is a vacancy for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their professional lettings team.

The successful candidate will be presented in a smart manner, have excellent interpersonal skills both over the telephone and in person and be able to approach all situations in a calm and professional manner at all times.
The successful candidate must have own car and experience in dealing with deposits, inventories, disputes, gas safety certs, inspections, general maintenance repairs and all other Property Management office duties.

Duties will include:

Arranging and accompanying viewings
Increasing the brand portfolio working with new and current landlords
Returning feedback to Landlords
Negotiating rental agreements
Carrying out tenancy inspections and inventories.
