This well known brand are looking for an experienced Property Manager, ideally within student lettings, to join their ambitious team in Loughborough.
 
 The ideal candidate will place huge emphasis on customer service and will be passionate about delivering a ?rst-class experience.
 As a Property Manager you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of property maintenance and accounts. Working in a team you will be required to build good relationships with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.

Responsibilities...
 
 Being the ?rst point of contact for tenants, landlords and contractors • Receive and allocate maintenance jobs  • Working closely with contractors to ensure work is carried out to a high standard and within set budgets • Gather and interpret feedback from tenants to ensure quality of service maintained • Ensure prompt invoicing of jobs to relevant landlords and tenants • Manage customer communications through the maintenance phone and WhatsApp system ensuring effective    tenant communication • Organise and conduct video inventories, inspections, move ins and checks outs to ensure accommodation is    kept to a high quality standard • Certi?cate management, organising renewals ensuring properties are compliant with legislation  • Rent chasing, keeping tenant arrears down to a minimum
 
The perfect candidate will...
 
Have excellent organisational skills • The ability to see a job through from start to ?nish • Experience in property maintenance or dealing with contractors (desirable) • Self motivated and ability to work on own initiative • Flexible and adaptable in approach to work • Excellent customer service skills in order to provide a high quality to service to all customers • Driving licence required

This role is perfect for a candidate looking to take the next step in his or her lettings career.  
They must have previous Property Management experience or lettings negotiator background and knowledge of the very important administration side of this role.
 
Key attributes and qualities within a successful applicant:
 
·Managing a portfolio of clients
·Focusing on managing the Buy To Let property portfolios of the clients
·Liaising with clients and suppliers on maintenance issues
·Renewing shortfall Tenancy Agreements and ensuring work is done compliantly
·Collecting rent, making payments and invoicing necessary parties.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, skilled and charismatic New Homes Director to run the New Homes Department within a highly professional, highly regarded firm.
This role will be actively managing the New Homes projects for the company: you will need to have extensive experience in New Home Sales and Site Sales office management as well as a great understanding of Land sourcing, Acquisition, Planning, Development. You will need to be passionate, energetic and enthusiastic, patient and the type of individual who seeks out opportunities.
