A highly successful and niche land and new homes developer are looking to recruit an experienced Land and New Homes Director.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, skilled and charismatic New Homes Director to run the New Homes Department within a highly professional, highly regarded firm.
This role will be actively managing the New Homes projects for the company: you will need to have extensive experience in New Home Sales and Site Sales office management as well as a great understanding of Land sourcing, Acquisition, Planning, Development. You will need to be passionate, energetic and enthusiastic, patient and the type of individual who seeks out opportunities.
The ideal candidate for this position MUST have previous experience in Land and New homes sector.
