Established for over a decade, an exceptionally well renowned firm in the Ross-on-Wye area are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to their busy and welcoming team.

Our client are long standing pillars of the community and are a well-respected Estate Agent and Lettings Agent who focus on providing outstanding customer service, they have a huge market share and are truly dedicated to their staff and customer alike.

A pivotal role in the office, duties will include:

-Booking and attending viewings
-Generating  and attending Market Appraisals
-Dealing with all enquiries
-Registering applicants
-Negotiating Offers
-Delivering detailed and constructive feedback
-Vendor Care
-Networking and developing the market share
-Some Administration
-Sales Progression

Please note that due to the nature of the business, duties may vary and you will be expected to lend a hand wherever possible.

The ideal Candidate will have:

-A minimum of 5 +  Years Estate Agency Experience 
 -Valuing experience   
 -A full UK driving license and access to your own car
 -General administration skills
-Target driven attitude
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Polite and Well Spoken
 -Strong Local Knowledge
-Knowledge of Financial Services, Conveyancing and Surveys
-Excellent IT and Marketing skills

This is an exciting position and would suit somebody that is customer focused and enjoys a variety of spending time both in and out of the office.

£17,000-£21,000 basic salary with OTE £24,000-£28,000  

The working hours for this role will be:

Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.30pm
1 in 2 Saturdays 9am-4pm
A Monday in lieu of working the Saturday

Negotiator (Sales- Lettings)

£15000 - £18000
OTE £25000

Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer

Due to continued growth this Independent Estate Agents based in Herefordshire are now recruiting for a Residential Valuer / Senior Negotiator to join there existing team.

The ideal candidate will already be successful in Estate Agency and be a strong Valuing with a great conversion rate. You must be able to work as part of an energetic team and display excellent customer service skills.

Duties required will be:

¡Carry out appraisals and listing properties for sale.
¡Conducting accompanied viewings
¡Attract and generate listings by providing clear details of companies incentives.
¡Prepare and check all property particulars and details.
¡Work closely with sales negotiators to achieve smooth progression of sales.

Ideal candidate:

¡Have a proven track record of listing properties.
¡Be capable of promoting and selling, services and products within the market place.
